Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location is beautiful, the view of Sevan is stunning. Hotel area is quite calm and you can sit outside enjoying the nature.
Negative: This hotel used to have much better service when it was new. The kettle in the room was broken and put in the place just like that, I took it into my hands and it fell with a boiling water inside. Also, I mentioned that we will be around 12 am, the staff said it's okay and i just need to call them when arriving, but we had to wait for around half an hour before could find someone to open the doors. The water in the bathroom was leaking and going directly into the room, which was extra disappointing experience.
